“We hired a party bus and a Rolls Royce for our wedding. The driver of the party bus was over an hour late and did not even call us to let us know. We had to call the office to find out he was stuck in traffic and would be there “in five minutes.” My husband and the nine groomsmen had to walk to the church 30 minutes later because there was still no bus. The Rolls Royce driver was on time and he kindly offered to drive bridesmaids two at a time to the church, as well as my neighbors. The party bus finally showed up after we were already 30 minutes late for the church ceremony. Afterward, the driver was unsure how to get back to our apartment (so we could pick up boxes needed to be brought to the hall) and also was unsure how to get to the highway. At first, the office attempted to reconcile this by reducing the amount of the balance that was owed, but then called back to say they were charging us overtime which we refused to pay. We ended up getting to the hall two hours after we intended and had little time to take pictures. We missed cocktail hour completely. We would not recommend Mark of Elegance and were very dissatisfied with their performance at our wedding.” – Melissa
