“I use Mark of Elegance for all of my airport transportation need and used them for my wedding on 10/01/2016. The cars were all clean and the drivers friendly, however, my ceremony was due to start at 1:00 PM and our limo and Rolls Royce did not show up at the house to get me until after 1:00!! When I expressed my frustration to the driver, he laughed and said they were late because the Groom was late getting out of the house earlier. However, the Rolls Royce was only coming to get my Dad and I and was never at the Groom’s so that was not a valid explanation. This resulted in me being a half hour late for my ceremony, so after the ceremony, we had to rush out of the church due to another wedding coming in.
