“I’ve been trying to call to get limos booked for my wedding, but they are very unprofessional in their communication… I was referred to them by the Hyatt Regency because I booked block time for my wedding there. However, every time I call I get the run around from Rick.

I asked to see the party bus & my wedding was 3 months away. He kept telling me he was going to call me back & that the party bus may not be available to see etc.. I was very flexible with time & even offered to take time off from work in case they only had the cars to show us around the morning.
